Support and help desk pages
Show response times by priority before customers open a ticket.

Show customers the hours each support level covers and how quickly you aim to respond and resolve, as a table that stacks on phones.
These are the actual published outputs of the widget, built from sample targets.
Services holds one row per support level: name, coverage hours, response target, resolution target and exclusions. Layout chooses a table, blocks or one line per service. Heading and text adds a heading, introduction, a note under the targets, the labels for each column and a message when there are no services. The Style tab covers the services, name, target and label colours, table lines and header, heading and text, and an optional icon.
Customers raising a support request want to know when they will hear back. Burying response times in a terms page leads to chasers and frustration. Service response targets shows each support level with the hours it covers, the first-response and resolution targets and what is not covered, in a clear table on your support or pricing page.

Fine for a one-off table you format by hand; it does not stack on phones or keep a consistent structure.
Better for selling plans with prices and buttons; use this widget for the service levels themselves.
Complementor uses classic Elementor APIs. Atomic-native controls are not implemented. Check your theme, cache and integrations on a staging site before release.
Check these settings if the published page behaves differently from the editor.
There are no services with a name. Add one under Services, or set Text when there are no services.
Columns that are empty for every service are left out. Fill in that part for at least one service.
Under 600 pixels each row stacks into a block with labels, so it stays readable without sideways scrolling.
The default is now a table. Choose One line per service under Layout for the earlier layout.
