Complementor is developed and supported by I Build Elementor. These terms describe the plugin and subscription services purchased through our website. Questions can be sent to support@ibuildelementor.com.

What All Access includes

Every site allowance includes the same currently available library, plugin downloads, updates, new releases during the paid subscription term, and product support. Exclude current post requires Elementor Pro.

A purchase covers the available product. It does not guarantee a particular number of future modules, a release schedule, custom development, or support for every theme or plugin. Read each solution's documented requirements and limitations before purchasing.

Annual billing and site allowances

Prices exclude applicable taxes; the checkout shows your total before you pay. Annual subscriptions renew automatically at the annual price shown for your subscription unless you cancel before the next renewal. Any price change affecting an existing subscription will be communicated before it takes effect.

The allowance applies to production site activations for the subscription services. You may use your allowance on your own or client websites. Freemius-recognized local and staging environments follow its development activation rules. Keep your license key private and manage site activations through your account.

Cancellation and expiry

Cancel future renewals through the customer portal. Cancellation does not remove access for the remainder of your paid term and does not automatically refund a payment. Deactivating a site license or deleting the plugin does not cancel your subscription.

After the paid term expires, purchased functionality in your installed version remains available. Downloads, new releases, updates and product support require an active subscription. Continued operation depends on your WordPress environment; future changes to WordPress, Elementor or other software may require an update.

Checkout and software license

Freemius operates our checkout as reseller and merchant of record, handling payments, applicable transaction taxes, invoices, subscriptions and the hosted customer account. Its service terms and privacy policy also apply to its services.

The plugin code is distributed under GPL-3.0-or-later. Site allowances describe access to our licensed updates, downloads and support services; they do not take away rights granted by the software license. Third-party components retain their respective licenses.

Using Complementor

Complementor requires WordPress 6.5 or newer, PHP 8.0 or newer, and Elementor 3.25 or newer. The first widgets use Elementor's classic widget API; Atomic-native controls are not implemented. Dynamic data capabilities depend on your installed Elementor edition and integrations.

Back up your site and test updates on staging. You remain responsible for your site content, third-party software, hosting and configuration. Complementor is independently developed and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Elementor.

Support, refunds and your rights

Our support policy explains covered product assistance. Our refund policy provides a 14-day technical-issue refund process. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or remedies available under applicable law.

We may revise these terms as the product develops. The updated date identifies the version; changes do not remove rights already granted for a purchase.
