Shops
Let shoppers ask about the product they are looking at.

Give visitors a link or button that opens a WhatsApp chat with your number and a prefilled message, or shares this page with any contact.
These are the actual published outputs of the widget. Tap a link to see WhatsApp open with the message filled in.
Content sets whether the link opens a chat or a share, the number and message (both accept dynamic tags), the country code for local numbers, the link text, icon, look, new-tab behaviour and a note. The Style tab covers the link or button, the icon and the note.
Shops and service businesses often answer customers on WhatsApp, but a click-to-chat link only works with the full international number written as digits, and a message has to be encoded by hand. WhatsApp message link takes the number as you would write it, adds a message where {title} and {url} name the current page, and builds a correct wa.me link. A share mode lets visitors send the page to any contact, and invalid numbers stay hidden on the live site.
