Blog topic index
Show readers every subject you write about on a Topics page or under each post.

List the categories, tags or product categories of your site as a linked directory, with optional post counts, icons and columns.
These are the actual published outputs of the widget on a sample gardening blog: the default list of top-level categories, the sub-topics of Gardening as pills, three columns with counts, and the message shown when a category has no sub-topics yet.
Content › Source picks the taxonomy and whether to list top-level terms or the children of one parent term, chosen from a searchable list. Behaviour hides empty terms, sets the order and the maximum number. Display adds a heading, picks a vertical list, wrapping row or columns, and sets the post count text, an icon and a message for when nothing matches. The Style tab covers the term links with underline, typography, colours, Normal, Hover and Focus states, border, radius and padding, plus the heading, spacing, count and icon.
Readers who land on one post rarely see what else your site covers, and hand-built topic lists go stale as categories change. Taxonomy term directory lists the terms of one category, tag or product taxonomy as links, read live from WordPress, with the counts kept in step as you publish.
