Why is the button greyed out?
There are fewer than two options. Add another line.
Why did options disappear from the list?
Take picked options out of the list is on. Use Start over to bring them back.
Can the same option be picked twice in one draw?
No. Picks in one draw are always different. Repeat a line to give it two chances.
Is it suitable for regulated lotteries?
No. It is fair for casual use, but it keeps no audit record.

How random is it?
It uses the browser's secure random numbers with no modulo bias, so every option has the same chance.
