Link to a WooCommerce product's reviews with wording that matches the count: “Read 3 reviews”, “Read 1 review” or “Be the first to review”.
These are the actual published outputs of the widget for real WooCommerce products with three, one and no approved reviews. Links point to a sample address here.
Content sets the product (the current one or a selected product), the labels for several, one and no reviews, and an optional icon. The Style tab covers typography, colour, alignment, background, border, radius and padding, link and hover colour, underline (always, on hover or none), plus icon colour, size, gap and position.
A fixed “Read reviews” link promises reviews that may not exist, and on WooCommerce product pages the reviews sit behind a closed tab, so a plain #reviews link scrolls to nothing. Product review link words itself from the approved review count, offers “Be the first to review” when there are none, and uses WooCommerce's own review-link behaviour so the Reviews tab opens when it is clicked.
