Fragile and made-to-order items
Tell shoppers that fragile items get extra packing time before dispatch.

Show a shipping message for products in chosen WooCommerce shipping classes, such as Fragile or Oversized, using the class's real name.
These are the actual published outputs of the widget for sample WooCommerce products: any shipping class with the default message, a styled Fragile-only notice, fallback text for a product with no class, and a non-matching class where nothing is shown.
Content › Source uses the current product or a selected published product. Behaviour picks the shipping classes (empty means any), the message with a {class} placeholder, and whether to hide or show fallback text when there is no match. Display adds an optional icon. The Style tab sets typography, colour, alignment, background, border, radius and padding, plus icon colour, size and gap.
Some products need extra shipping information: fragile items take longer to pack, oversized items need special delivery. Product shipping class notice reads the product's real WooCommerce shipping class and shows your message when it is one of the classes you choose.
Tell shoppers that fragile items get extra packing time before dispatch.
Explain that large items ship by courier or need a delivery appointment.
Show handling notes for classes such as Chilled or Hazardous, only on the products that use them.

WooCommerce uses shipping classes to change shipping rates at checkout, but does not show a message on the product page. Use this widget alongside your rates to explain them before checkout.
You can type shipping notes into every product, but they must be edited one by one. This widget follows the shipping class, so changing a product's class updates the message.
Complementor uses classic Elementor APIs. Atomic-native controls are not implemented. Check your theme, cache and integrations on a staging site before release.
Check these settings if the published page behaves differently from the editor.
The product has no shipping class, or its class is not one of the selected classes, and When there is no match is set to Hide. Choose Show fallback text to display a message instead.
