Topic introductions
Explain what a category covers on every post in it.

Show the description of the current post's category or tag beside the post, with the term's name and a link to its archive.
These are the actual published outputs of the widget on a sample post, using its category's and tag's descriptions.
Content sets the taxonomy, whether the first or every described term is shown, where the term name goes and its HTML tag and link, whether paragraphs and links are kept, a word limit, an archive link and a fallback text. The Style tab covers typography, colour, surface, name typography and colour, link colours and spacing.
Category and tag descriptions are written once in WordPress and then only appear on archive pages, if the theme shows them at all. Post taxonomy description brings that introduction to every post in the topic, with the term's name and a link to its archive, so readers understand the topic and can find more. It skips terms without a description and stays out of the way when there is none.
