Before publishing
Check that a new page’s headings follow on.

Show an outline of the headings on the page, indented by level, with skipped levels, empty headings and h1 problems marked, for editors.
These are the actual published outputs of the widget. Try each one on this page.
Content sets who sees the summary and what part of the page to check. The Style tab covers the text, the panel, the level badges, the finding colour and the buttons.
Headings set in Elementor are easy to pick for their size rather than their level, so pages end up jumping from h2 to h5 or having three h1 headings. Screen reader users navigate by these levels. Heading structure summary shows the real outline of the published page and marks the gaps, visible only to people who can edit it.
Check that a new page’s headings follow on.
Check headers and footers do not add stray h1 or h2 headings.
Confirm each page has one clear h1.
