Online courses
Show how many lessons a course page contains.

Show how many published child pages the current page has, such as “4 lessons in this course”, with correct singular and plural wording.
These are the actual published outputs of the widget on a sample course page with four published lessons: the default count, a course badge, and a short card label.
Content sets the wording for one and for more child pages (with % for the number), whether pages without children show anything and its wording, text before and after, a fallback, the HTML tag and an optional icon. The Style tab covers typography, colour, alignment, background, border, radius and padding, plus icon position, size, gap and colour.
Section and course overview pages often say how many pages they contain, and the typed number goes wrong as soon as a page is added or unpublished. Direct child page count counts the published child pages of the current page each time it is built, skipping drafts, private and password-protected pages, and stays hidden on pages without children.
