Show one message before, one during and one after a window set by two ACF Date Picker fields, such as Opens in 3 days, Open now, closes tomorrow or Closed, with the dates.
These are the actual published widgets reading Date Picker fields saved on the demo page.
Date window picks the opening and closing Date Picker fields, whether a missing date is allowed, the messages for before, during, during without a closing date and after with placeholders, the dates line and its date format, a coloured dot, text before and after, text for missing dates, the HTML tag and an icon. The Style tab covers the text and surface, the colours for each state, colouring the message, the dates line colour and typography, and the icon.
Courses, offers, applications and events often have an opening and a closing date saved in ACF, and visitors need to know at a glance whether they are too early, in time or too late. This widget compares today with the two dates on the current post, both days included in your site’s time zone, and shows your message for before, during or after, with phrases such as tomorrow or in 3 days, the dates under it and a colour for each state.
