Tax-free goods
Tell shoppers no tax applies to books or children’s clothes.

Show whether tax applies to a WooCommerce variable product in plain words, such as Tax applies or Tax applies to shipping only.
These are the actual published outputs of the widget for sample variable products in the lab shop.
Product chooses the current product, a selected variable product or the product of one variation. Display sets a prefix, the texts for taxable, shipping-only and non-taxable products, a text for stores that do not charge tax, and an optional icon. The Style tab covers typography, colours, background, border, radius, spacing, alignment, prefix and status colours, and the icon.
WooCommerce marks each product as taxable, taxable for shipping only or not taxable, but shoppers never see it. Variation tax status label turns that setting into a short line in your own words, such as Included in the price or No tax applies, for a variable product and all its options.
