Yes. Choose Pounds in the unit setting.

How exact is the conversion?
It uses the international definitions: 1 lb is 0.45359237 kg and 1 oz is 1/16 lb.
How many products can it compare?

Yes. It is a real table with a caption, column headers for products and row headers, and it scrolls inside its own keyboard-reachable box on phones.
Does it change product data?
No. It only reads the products and prints what it finds.
