Bulky, light products
Explain higher shipping costs.

Show a product's volumetric (dimensional) weight from its package size and your carrier's divisor, compared with its actual weight.
Each example below is the actual published output of the Product volumetric weight estimate widget for products in a sample shop.
Content sets the product, the units and divisor, rounding, decimals, the wording and the comparison with the actual weight. The Style tab covers the box, the weight, the comparison and the icon.
Couriers charge light but bulky parcels by their volumetric weight, so a big box can cost far more to send than its real weight suggests. Shoppers and staff rarely know this until the shipping quote arrives. Product volumetric weight estimate works it out on the product page from the package size and your carrier's divisor, compares it with the actual weight, and shows which one the parcel is billed by.
