Product rating threshold note controls in Elementor

Source picks the current product or a selected one. Display sets the minimum average rating, the minimum number of reviews, the text with {rating}, {reviews} and {count}, optional stars, a link to the reviews and an icon. Style covers typography, colours, surface, star colour, link hover colour and the icon.

03 / Website use cases

Where to use product rating threshold note

Star ratings everywhere put a 3.1 next to a 4.9, and a single five-star review looks as strong as fifty. Product rating threshold note shows a short note, such as “Highly rated: 4.7 out of 5 from 3 reviews”, only on products whose average rating reaches the minimum you choose and that have enough rated reviews. Other products show nothing, so the note stays a mark of genuinely well-rated products.

Troubleshoot product rating threshold note

Check these settings if the published page behaves differently from the editor.

Why does the note not show?

The average rating is below the minimum, there are fewer rated reviews than required, or ratings are off. The editor says which.

Why does one review count?

The minimum number of reviews is 1 by default; raise it, for example to 3.

Why does it say 4.3 when WooCommerce says 4.25?
