Content sets the product (the current one or a selected product), the link text with {width} and {height}, opening in a new tab with a screen reader note, and an optional icon. How to link to a full-size product photo in Elementor
Start with Complementor installed and your license connected. Enable this module in the WordPress library, then configure it in Elementor.
Install Complementor, connect your license and enable Product primary image link in the Complementor library.
Set a product image on the product.
Add the widget to the product template, or choose a product.
Write the link text and choose a new tab if you like.
Style it and open the link.

Check these settings if the published page behaves differently from the editor.
Why is nothing shown?
The product has no published main image.
Why is the size smaller than my upload?
WordPress scales very large uploads down by default; the link opens the file it serves.
Why is “(opens in a new tab)” not visible?
It is read by screen readers only.
Can it open the lightbox?
No. Use Product image gallery or Product gallery image count for that.
Product primary image link plugin questions
Does it need Elementor Pro?
No. It works with the free version of Elementor and WooCommerce.
Where does it get its information?
From the product's main image in the WordPress Media Library.
Does it work in a product template?
Yes. Leave Product on Current public product and it follows the product being viewed.
Why does nothing show in some cases?
It stays silent when the information would be missing or untrue. In the editor a short note explains why.
Does it change the image?
No. It only links to it.
