Explain how discount codes work in your store, from your coupon settings, without showing a code.

Each example below is the actual published widget reading the demo store’s coupons: one can’t be combined with others, one skips sale items, one is limited to an email address, and an expired one is ignored.

Using a discount code

Have a discount code? You can use it on your order.

  • Enter your code in the cart, or under "Have a coupon?" at checkout.
  • Capital letters don't matter: SAVE10 and save10 are the same code.
  • Some codes can't be used together with other codes.
  • Some codes don't apply to items that are already on sale.
  • Some codes only work with the email address they were sent to.
  • With more than one code, each discount is worked out from the full price.

Default settings: six points written from the coupon setting and the store’s coupons.
